Dinar Holding, headed by Mr. Ahmed Ali Dinar Sultan Darfur, together with the Türk Arap Kardeşlik (TAK) organization and several other organizations such as the Center for International Relations and Diplomacy (MID), organized a remarkable and successful event titled “The Turkish-Arab Brotherhood Forum.” The gathering was held in Istanbul, Türkiye, and was attended by a large number of political, social, and cultural figures from the Arab world and Türkiye.
The event was distinguished by the presence of the Sultan of Darfur, Mr. Ahmed Ali Dinar, and the President of Dinar Holding, which was the primary sponsor of this gathering. Several senior officials from the Justice and Development Party in Türkiye also attended, adding special significance to the event and highlighting its role in strengthening bilateral relations between the two sides.
The meeting featured fruitful and constructive speeches focused on strengthening bilateral relations between the two countries in various fields, including municipal elections, cultural relations, and more. Participants exchanged views and experiences, contributing to a deeper mutual understanding and enhanced cooperation.
Among the attendees was a delegation from the Syrian Businessmen Association (SURIAD), whose Vice Chairman, Mr. Halit SAVAFOĞLU, delivered a speech addressing the importance of the role of migrant businesspeople in building new communities.
He affirmed in his speech that the history of Islam began with migration, noting that the Companions who built the Islamic state during the era of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) were themselves migrants. He stressed the importance of supporting the host country, Türkiye, which has provided an environment conducive to the success and development of migrants and their businesses.
He added that migrants can play a significant role in the economic and social development of the host country, and that this cooperation can serve as a model for strengthening bilateral relations between Türkiye and the Arab world. He emphasized that mutual understanding and joint cooperation are the path toward building a better future for all.
The gathering featured productive discussions and an exchange of opinions and experiences among the participants, contributing to deeper mutual understanding and strengthened cooperation. Participants expressed their hope that this meeting would be an important step toward achieving close and sustainable collaboration between Türkiye and the Arab world.
