{"id":3748,"date":"2024-06-04T18:08:16","date_gmt":"2024-06-04T18:08:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/suriad.org.tr\/regulating-the-legal-affairs-of-the-suriad-association\/"},"modified":"2025-12-11T10:20:05","modified_gmt":"2025-12-11T10:20:05","slug":"regulating-the-legal-affairs-of-the-suriad-association","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/suriad.org.tr\/en\/regulating-the-legal-affairs-of-the-suriad-association\/","title":{"rendered":"Regulating the legal affairs of the SURIAD Association."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><\/p>\n\n<p>As part of the commitment of the management of the Syrian Businessmen Association (SURIAD) to organizing the Association\u2019s internal affairs, the management met with legal and financial expert consultants and reviewed the Association\u2019s records and documents in order to achieve the optimal structure for the Association in accordance with Turkish laws. <\/p>\n\n<p>These efforts come as part of SURIAD\u2019s commitment to strengthening its role as a leading association supporting Syrian businesspeople in T\u00fcrkiye. <\/p>\n\n<p>By organizing its legal and administrative affairs, the Association aims to achieve its objectives efficiently and effectively, in accordance with Turkish laws, while enhancing its credibility and the trust of its members and the surrounding community.  <\/p>\n\n<p>The process of organizing the Association\u2019s legal affairs is considered an important step in its development and in strengthening its leading role in supporting Syrian businesspeople in T\u00fcrkiye. Turkish law requires licensed associations in T\u00fcrkiye to maintain several official registers, including: <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Decisions Register:<br\/>The date and number of the Board of Directors\u2019 decisions are recorded in this register, and the members who attended the meeting sign below the decisions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Members Register:<br\/>The personal information of the Association\u2019s members, along with the dates of their admission to and withdrawal from the Association, is recorded in this register. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> The Documents Register:<br\/>Incoming and outgoing documents are recorded in it, along with their dates and serial numbers. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Operating Account Register:<br\/>This register is organized to record the Association\u2019s revenues and expenses clearly and periodically. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>\u201cTogether We Work\u2026 Together We Grow.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><em><mark
