{"id":3724,"date":"2024-08-04T18:42:18","date_gmt":"2024-08-04T18:42:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/suriad.org.tr\/the-number-of-syrian-established-companies-in-turkiye-declines-threefold\/"},"modified":"2025-12-03T09:23:47","modified_gmt":"2025-12-03T09:23:47","slug":"the-number-of-syrian-established-companies-in-turkiye-declines-threefold","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/suriad.org.tr\/en\/the-number-of-syrian-established-companies-in-turkiye-declines-threefold\/","title":{"rendered":"The Number of Syrian-Established Companies in T\u00fcrkiye Declines Threefold"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>According to information obtained by BM.GE from the Turkish Chamber of Commerce and Industry (TOBB), 37 companies with Syrian capital were registered in T\u00fcrkiye between January and June 2024, representing a threefold decrease compared to the same period in 2023.  <\/p>\n\n<p>The Turkish Chamber of Commerce and Industry (TOBB) reported that the total registered capital of Syrian companies in T\u00fcrkiye during the reporting period amounted to 43.3 million Turkish Lira, compared to 122.95 million Turkish Lira during the same period in 2023. <\/p>\n\n<p>TOBB added that most of the Syrian companies registered between January and June 2024 were in Istanbul, where 21 companies were registered. The total registered capital of Syrian companies in Istanbul amounted to 17.3 million Turkish Lira.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Available data indicate that 24 commercial companies with Syrian capital were registered in T\u00fcrkiye between January and June 2024, while the remaining companies operate in other economic sectors. <\/p>\n\n<p>Therefore, the Syrian Businessmen Association (SURIAD) believes that cohesion and cooperation among Syrian and Arab companies in T\u00fcrkiye have become essential to face current challenges and achieve growth.<br\/>Accordingly, SURIAD is committed to supporting Syrian entrepreneurs in T\u00fcrkiye by providing resources and guidance to help them overcome challenges and succeed.
